Leveraging a Class 2 (IEC/EN60825-1/2014) laser output, the Takamine GK12DS construction laser stands out with its advanced features. Its 4x360° laser layout houses 16 laser lines, effectively covering tiles, ceilings, and surrounding walls, streamlining your square layout process.

Equipped with a Sharp Japanese green laser unit, this self-leveling laser level boasts exceptional performance. Despite similar lighting conditions, the green laser beam shines twice as brightly as its red counterpart, offering superior visibility and enhanced stability. Operating within a range of up to 130 feet (100 LUX), it maintains an impressive accuracy of 33 feet ± 1/9 inch. For extended reach, the device includes a pulsed mode, enhancing the laser range up to 200 feet when paired with a laser receiver, making it perfect for outdoor or long-distance applications.

The laser level offers two modes - self-leveling and manual. Upon unlocking the pendulum, it automatically enters self-leveling mode, while rapid flashing alerts when the device deviates beyond ±4°. To access manual mode, press the V key for precise alignment at any angle.

A key feature is the quick-release plate, compatible with a 1/4"-20 UNC thread that can convert to a 5/8"-11 UNF adapter nut, allowing versatile compatibility with various tools like laser levels, digital cameras, camcorders, binoculars, and even smartphones through a provided phone mount.

When used with the Takamine laser receiver, ensure the pulsed mode is activated. This receiver detects both red and green pulsed laser beams in low-light conditions up to 200 feet (equivalent to 60 meters). Note that this product is specifically designed for the Takamine series, excluding GM120Spro and GM160G models.
